5 x 114.3 lug fit a tc??

    can rims with abolt patter 5 x 114.3 lug fit a tc?? i know the pattern for tc is 5 x 100 but is there any differences? any damages that may happen?

    No they will not fit. Thats why cars have bolt patterns. If they arent the same, then they wont fit.

    if you have no choice but that bolt pattern you can buy an adapter and the wheel will fit perfectly.

    One thing that you have to account for is if the wheel hub centric or lug centric. The tC is hub centric. This is very important.

    FYI.... The OEM wheels are also lug centric as the OEM lugs are barrel shouldered completely thru the wheel centered. When changing to aftermarket wheels, it is critical that you get the correct lugs for the new wheel. These are mainly conical (tapered) seats with a few having a different degree of offset angle. You need to research as to what lugs that you need for your aftermarket wheels. The Scion lugs will damage these types of wheels. Also, using the wrong aftermarket lugs on the OEM Scion wheels will cause damage or even departure of the wheel from the car.

    tcs are 5x100, sometimes i wish it was 5x114 cuz some of the best used rims are those sizes.
